The goals of the Long Island PGRC are to increase public awareness about problem gambling and connect those adversely affected with services that can help them.

It was a perfect day as Suffolk OTB & Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel employees and volunteers participated in the Ancient Order of Hibernians Division #7 St. Patrick’s Day Parade in East Islip.
This Valentine’s Day, Jake’s 58 and Suffolk OTB invited couples who have been married for over 25 years to renew their wedding vows. Phil Boyle, President & CEO of Suffolk OTB, officiated the vow renewal ceremony in the lobby of Jake’s 58, then all enjoyed a special brunch prepared for our guests in the casino hotel’s newly renovated Bridal Suite!
Last night, Phil Boyle, President & CEO of Suffolk OTB, was pleased to see his East Islip High School classmate (‘79), “Boomer” Esiason, as Suffolk OTB and Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel supported his Boomer Esiason Foundation’s “When Legends Meet” event at Tellers Next Door.
Suffolk OTB and Jake’s 58 paid tribute to our outstanding staff last night when we named our Star of the Year, Victor Sierra, and Leader of the Year, Courtney Broad, at an employee recognition awards ceremony attended by employees and our Executive Team.
Suffolk OTB President & CEO, Phil Boyle, hosted a Legislative Breakfast for State and County Officials. We joined with representatives from “Toys for Tots”, to help usher in the holiday season! Thank you to all our patrons, staff, and elected officials who generously donate each year to our “Marine Toys for Tots Foundation” initiative.
Phil Boyle, President & CEO of Suffolk OTB, recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Suffolk County American Legion Auxiliary for OTB’s generous donation to support our troops stationed overseas.
Today, Phil Boyle, Suffolk OTB President and CEO, along Jim LaCarrubba, VP and COO, joined staff from Suffolk OTB & Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel to help construct the “Wall That Heals” in Copiague’s Tanner Park for the first time in 29 years. We were truly honored to volunteer in building a temporary 375-foot replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Suffolk OTB President and CEO, Phil Boyle, hosted our “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” kickoff event at Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel. The event paid tribute to breast cancer survivors and activists who are “raising awareness and inspiring hope” as we continue our fight to find a cure.
Today, Phil Boyle, President and CEO for Suffolk OTB, along with OTB’s Vice President and COO, Jim LaCarrubba, had the distinct pleasure of attending the Hauppauge Industrial Association’s Annual Business Achievement Awards ceremony.
Suffolk OTB was named as one of 5 finalists in the Large Business category, along with a distinguished group of other local companies, which were recognized as outstanding businesses for their roles in uplifting the Long Island economy.
